You ladies are fantastic. I spend at least 3 hours on each newborn session, 2 hours trying to get the baby to sleep and 1 hour photographing once they finally do

I am a HUGE, HUGE, HUGE fan. I have been watching your work (and Brittany’s) ever since Lily was born. What you do is seriously an inspiration to me. Not only your work, but your humility in what you do without flaunting it. Another thing that inspires me is that you are able to literally work from your home so that you can have time for your 4 little ones. I have 3 and hope for one more. This sounds super cheesy but what you do (in all the aspects I mentioned above) is totally my dream. I have been doing photography for years and do it well and do the business thing well but I would LOVE to really focus on the newborns and build a studio in my garage using natural light like you do.
I promise I have a point.
For this reason, I would love to see how it is all set up in your home so I am hoping that you will offer more workshops from your very own studio. Please inform me when the next one opens up. I am bummed I missed this one but it will give me time to save up and improve my current skills with newborns now. HI Carrie! A friend and I are interested in doing a newborn workshop with you! We would like to know what you are projecting for the next 6-12 months. Oh, I just had a thought… I am attending the Love Affair workshop (www.loveaffairphoto.com) in Atlanta at the end of July. There are close to 60 women photographers scheduled to be there. It would be amazing if you could offer a session in Atlanta at that time!!!

I want to start taking baby photographs this year, and would love to attend a workshop in the NYC metro area (when there is one). If I had to travel for a workshop, I wouldn’t mind doing so.
I think you should head up to the Pacific Northwest. Seattle or Vancouver BC. Not that I wouldn’t fly anywhere. But why go somewhere else when the northwest is a slice of heaven!
I would be interested in a workshop in DC (of the places you have listed).
More importantly, my particular areas (Dayton, OH - where I live now) and Southwest Virginia (Blacksburg, Christiansburg - where I am moving in a year) have yet to have this style of baby photography enter the market yet.
Having a workshop in one of these areas would be very beneficial to the market, as a whole, and would easily have a sold-out attendance, since they are within easy driving distance from several other states.
I would love to hear back re: your thoughts on these locations.
Finally, I may be missing this information, but I cannot seem to find the workshop pricing listed anywhere. Is there a way for me to find that information?

Actually I know someone who is putting on small workshops once a year around the end of July early August. She combines a few photographers together and runs them over three days. This year she is ringing Nichole V, Joey L and Zach Arias and they all do one day each - perhaps that could work? I can ask her if you like.

I am a “budding” photographer from Montana. I went to the Rocky Mountain School of Photography in 2005. One of my most favorite things to do is to search the internet for beautiful baby photography. I am so passionate about it that I sometimes cry just looking at the images on my screen. Wanting to become this good and have a successful photography business often keeps me awake at night. Your work is so beautiful and inspiring!! I was absolutely thrilled to see that you share and teach your amazing talent. I know that I can learn a lot just from studying the images on your website (and plan to!) but to come to a workshop would be AWESOME! I have a brother that lives in SanDiego so it would be just one more reason to come there. If you are going to have any workshops there anytime soon PLEASE let me know. I want to be as good as this (consistently and not by accident) more than anything in the world!! Would you be willing to chat about some of your techniques like lighting, props, camera settings etc… to maybe help point me in the right direction in the meantime so there would be less guessing for me? I am on the east coast of Canada (in Newfoundland). I would love to see a workshop anwhere in Canada or the east coast of the US.
Oh, I just had a thought… I am attending the Love Affair workshop (www.loveaffairphoto.com) in Atlanta at the end of July. There are close to 60 women photographers scheduled to be there. It would be amazing if you could offer a session in Atlanta at that time!!!

I want to start taking baby photographs this year, and would love to attend a workshop in the NYC metro area (when there is one). If I had to travel for a workshop, I wouldn’t mind doing so.
I think you should head up to the Pacific Northwest. Seattle or Vancouver BC. Not that I wouldn’t fly anywhere. But why go somewhere else when the northwest is a slice of heaven!
I am suggesting Seattle as a location.
I would be interested in a workshop in DC (of the places you have listed).
More importantly, my particular areas (Dayton, OH - where I live now) and Southwest Virginia (Blacksburg, Christiansburg - where I am moving in a year) have yet to have this style of baby photography enter the market yet.
Having a workshop in one of these areas would be very beneficial to the market, as a whole, and would easily have a sold-out attendance, since they are within easy driving distance from several other states.
I would love to hear back re: your thoughts on these locations.
Finally, I may be missing this information, but I cannot seem to find the workshop pricing listed anywhere. Is there a way for me to find that information?
I hear rave reviews about your workshop! Please let me know if and when you plan on having one in chicago…or anywhere near detroit, mi.

Actually I know someone who is putting on small workshops once a year around the end of July early August. She combines a few photographers together and runs them over three days. This year she is ringing Nichole V, Joey L and Zach Arias and they all do one day each - perhaps that could work? I can ask her if you like.

I am a “budding” photographer from Montana. I went to the Rocky Mountain School of Photography in 2005. One of my most favorite things to do is to search the internet for beautiful baby photography. I am so passionate about it that I sometimes cry just looking at the images on my screen. Wanting to become this good and have a successful photography business often keeps me awake at night. Your work is so beautiful and inspiring!! I was absolutely thrilled to see that you share and teach your amazing talent. I know that I can learn a lot just from studying the images on your website (and plan to!) but to come to a workshop would be AWESOME! I have a brother that lives in SanDiego so it would be just one more reason to come there. If you are going to have any workshops there anytime soon PLEASE let me know. I want to be as good as this (consistently and not by accident) more than anything in the world!! Would you be willing to chat about some of your techniques like lighting, props, camera settings etc… to maybe help point me in the right direction in the meantime so there would be less guessing for me? I am the biggest chicken and could use some encouragement from some great photography lovers like you.
