The beautiful light that pours into through our windows into the studio during the summer months is always so gentle and soft. The soft light always highlights the peachy newborn skin tones. It’s always a magical combination. This sweet little girl was so beautiful and delicate. Such a little girl! Her Mommy brought along a quilt she had made for her right before she was born. I’m so glad we were able to incorporate the quilt into the session. Also, the purple knit was made by the wonderfully talented Jennifer Howard… Thanks Jennifer! More pictures coming soon… I went to Hawaii last week to photograph one of Hawaii’s most beautiful baby boys! I can’t wait to share what I got!

I just love these! My favorite is the black and white one!
My heart is literally aching–gorgeous light, so soft, beautiful baby. Something about that last one just speaks to my soul:).
Perfect…as usual!!
O.K. where did you get those headbands? I have a baby girl and finding something that fits and it’s too “much” is no easy task. I would LOVE one for her!
Thanks guys! Lori- I actually made that cream headband myself!
The orange/red one is made by Amelia at http://www.etsy.com/shop/Millylillyrose
So gorgeous Britt! Your little headbands are so cute.
So lovely! Such beautiful light.
Brit, your work is so gorgeous. I just now realized you moved your flickr work to baby as art. I am so slow sometimes it scares me : (
I was so missing your posts! thanks for the inspiration.
