I had the amazing opportunity to tag along with Carrie when she traveled to Maui, Hawaii in December to photograph a BRAND NEW newborn boy! He was a beautiful little guy and his family was wonderful to work with! Here is little Kapono at three and four days old.
Three of my favorites… it was so hard to pick!
I am posting out of order, but I needed to introduce my cousin before it got any later. This is my newest family member... Mackenzie!! She was one of several newborns I photographed during my short visit to Atlanta for the holidays! She had some of the most beautiful lips- they were plump and as pink as can be! She joins her big brother David. Congratulations Tim and Jen! I am so glad I got to photograph her while home!
This past October Carrie had the most wonderful opportunity to work with Nikon on creating an awesome new how to series. Hosted by Carson Kressley, the show “Look Good in Pictures” will showcase Carrie photographing in four different segments: maternity, newborn, baby and family. The entire production was so much fun to watch (I was there!) and Carrie did an absolutely amazing job! The clips should be up soon and we will update the blog when they are available for viewing. We are all very excited for Carrie around here!! Here’s to hoping this gig in Los Angeles with Nikon will lead to more opportunities in the future.
